CodeLogicAI is a trade name operated by SotoALJJ LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. References to "CodeLogicAI," "we," "our," or "us" refer to SotoALJJ LLC doing business as CodeLogicAI.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern use of the CodeLogicAI website, inquiries submitted through it, and communications directly provided by CodeLogicAI.

Separate written agreements may apply to software subscriptions, deployments, implementation services, or custom projects. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website Terms, that agreement controls within its applicable scope.

3. Website and Service Information

Our website describes software products, services, and planned capabilities. Descriptions do not guarantee that every feature is currently available.

Features may require configuration, testing, third-party integration, or separate contractual authorization.

Customers who separately and affirmatively opt in may receive non-promotional SMS messages from SotoALJJ LLC d/b/a CodeLogicAI.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, cancellation or rescheduling information, and responses related to customer-service interactions.

SMS messaging is subject to availability, supported service capabilities, and required messaging-provider approvals. Publication of these Terms does not mean SMS messaging is currently active.

6. SMS Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service requests, and customer interactions.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

7. SMS Opt-Out and Assistance

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Once your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless valid consent is subsequently obtained.

8. Separate Marketing Consent

Consent to receive appointment-related or customer-service text messages does not authorize marketing, advertisements, promotional offers, or lead-generation messages.

Marketing SMS communications, if offered, require separate affirmative consent for the applicable sender and messaging purpose.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or using services.

9. Mobile Data and Consent Protection

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
